Each member of our team undergo a one-week initial training programme, followed by a 12-week induction to ensure they are skilled and qualified to best support the needs of our customers. The high standard of our industry leading induction process is also commented on by the Care Inspectorate, which can be seen in our latest inspection report. Because learning and improving is a core value for our organisation, we encourage our staff to continue their personal development way beyond induction. One of our core values is “Keep Learning and Growing Every Day”. Our recently introduced Training Plus programme allows our staff to do just that by providing individualised learning around whatever subject they feel would help them to develop, an example of this could be complex needs that might be specific to a single customer they are working with to better support their needs.
