We pay our Homecare Superheroes above minimum wage during their induction, which then increases on successful completion of their training. Staff can continue to increase their earning potential by choosing to study towards a recognised industry qualification. We want our staff to be the best in the business and that’s why we encourage continuous learning and development.



We provide our new recruits with an industry-leading induction programme, praised as exceptional by the Care Inspectorate.



Learning and improving is one of our core values. For us, training isn’t a one-off event; it’s an ongoing process of personal and professional development.



Support is provided at every level of Beyond Homecare to encourage and motivate our staff. We understand that effective communication is critical to success. Because of this we operate a proactive staff feedback programme which is run and managed by a third party, to ensure our staff not only feel heard but can see continuous improvement in action.

We all know care work can be physically demanding but unfortunately the emotional side is often forgotten. It’s never easy to watch a customer’s health decline or to experience their passing, but unfortunately this is part of what we must deal with. We can provide confidential telephone counselling if needed to help our amazing Homecare Superheroes deal with such difficult situations. We have a duty of care to protect not just our staff's physical but also their mental health and wellbeing.



Giving back is extremely important to us. In fact we have a goal to positively impact the lives of 1 Million people by 2020 through our work.
